The acceptance of this disclaimer implies the understanding and authorisation of:
Data protection clause
Information treatment will be conducted at all times in compliance with the legal framework established in Organic Act 15/1999, of 13 December, on personal data protection (LOPD for its initials in Spanish), and according to Royal Decree 1720/2007, of 21 December, which approves the regulations for the implementation of LOPD. ICF will strictly comply with the legal obligations related to data protection.
These data will be stored in ICF’s private databases. Users may exercise their rights to access, rectify, cancel and contest the processing of their personal data by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Act 10/2014 of 26 June on the requirements, supervision and solvency of credit institutions establishes in article 83 the obligation of discretion that applies to ICF as far as data reception from its clients is concerned.
For the purposes of this confidentiality commitment, “confidential information” is understood as information received from an applicant company or self-employed person, not from a third party, which is not public, well-known nor obtainable by ICF through other public databases or information sources accessible to third parties.
Data transfer clause
Furthermore, ICF commits to not use this information for any ends other than assessing potential funding projects and to keep both the information and the existence of this process confidential. Notwithstanding, unless the client specifically refuses, ICF can transfer its clients data to the companies which are members of its Economic Group and other related companies, all from the finance sector. Its aim is twofold: to promote products or funding by any of the Group companies, and to contribute to mass data treatment for marketing, statistics and client segmentation studies. The authorisation of this data transfer by the signatory cannot be understood, in any case, as a violation of the confidentiality clause above specified.
Reuse of content
In accordance with article 17.1 of the Catalan Law 19/2014, it is permited the reuse of content and data provided that the source and the date of updating are cited and that the information is not distorted (article 8 of Catalan Law 37/2007) and does not conflict with a specific license.
