An induction and follow-up plan is designed specifically for each new recruit. We strive to ensure that each new recruit feels at home and can contribute value to the organization.
We use a performance assessment tool that pinpoints the training needs of the professionals in our team and enables us to devise plans to develop, identify, manage and promote internal talent.
We have a policy of financial aid to enable our professionals to pursue further training. We also offer flexible remuneration.
