The objective of the loans is to facilitate the implantation of projects that promote the participative local development benefited with a Leader help, within the framework of the program of Rural Development of Catalonia 2014-2020.
The ICF and the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries and Food (DARP) have signed an agreement of collaboration on the subject of loans, with preferential conditions, to facilitate the implantation of projects of participative local development benefited with a Leader help, within the framework of the program of Rural Development of Catalonia (DPR) 2014-2020.
Under this line of loans, endowed with 20 million euros, it could be able to fund projects that have asked for a Leader help in a call of the DARP solved in 2018, as well as projects that obtain a help in future calls.
The ICF, as a collaborator entity adhered to the agreement, will study the requests of loans once the DARP issues the report of project feasibility. If applicable, the ICF will also formalize them.
