The three new additions to the Management Committee, Oriol Vidal-Barraquer, Noemí Gálvez and Antoni Vallès-Novel, are from internal promotions in a bid for the organization's talent. The changes are aimed at improving internal efficiency, clarifying roles and the versatility of the teams with an overall view of the ICF Group.

ICF has updated the organizational structure that affects four of the work areas with the aim of promoting the 2023-2025 Strategic Plan. These incorporations and organizational changes are motivated by a desire to improve internal efficiency, the versatility of the teams and the clarification of roles with an overall vision of the ICF Group, promoting a more collaborative and transversal corporate culture.
These changes also entail new additions to the Management Committee. On the one hand, the new Risk Management, which will be commanded by Noemí Gálvez and will have responsibility for risk admission and monitoring, focusing on rigor, advice, solidity and efficiency to give a quick response to clients looking for ICF funding. On the other hand, the Commercial Department, headed by Antoni Vallès, focuses its activity on initial support, advice and personalized attention to customers to find the best solutions to their needs. Both departments will report directly to the CEO and will be members of the Management Committee.
On the other hand, a Directorate of Products, Brand and Sustainability is created, which will group Communication, Marketing and Product Development, which will also be a member of the Management Committee and will report directly to the CEO. This new direction will be led by Oriol Vidal-Barraquer. The area of sustainability, therefore, reinforces its presence in the Management Committee in an ICF commitment with a double objective: to integrate sustainability criteria in a transversal way in the management model of the ICF Group and to better accompany the fabric business in the transition towards a sustainable business model.
As part of this remodelling, Marta Gomà's Corporate Compliance and Control Department will bring together all the legal services of the ICF Group, assuming responsibility for formalization and recovery of loans.
Finally, Anna Álvarez, until now General Manager of Credit Investments, has been appointed as the new CEO of Avalis de Catalunya SGR, a company in which the ICF participates together with different financial entities. Álvarez replaces Josep Lores, CEO of Avalis since November 2013.
