Fitch Ratings has decided to revise upwards the level of solvency in the long and short term, consolidating the classification as 'Investment grade'

The Catalan Institute of Finance (ICF) has improved its long-term credit rating to BBB and its short-term credit rating to F2, from BBB- and F3, respectively, in an upward trend that has been maintained since the 2021 exercise.
The Fitch rating agency has valued, among other elements, the entity's financial soundness and its management autonomy, also highlighting its relevant role in the financing of the Catalan business fabric.
ICF is currently present in the markets through its twelfth promissory note program, the conditions of which can be consulted on the group's corporate website.
