Barcelona, 28 February 2020. The Catalan Institute of Finance (ICF) will participate in the fourth edition of the Advanced Factories expo, a benchmark event for industrial SMEs searching for the latest solutions for incorporating 4.0 technology into their factories and processes. From 3 to 5 March, the Barcelona International Convention Centre (CCIB) will bring together around 17,000 professionals and companies specialising in industrial automation, robotics, advanced manufacturing or 4.0 technologies, such as artificial intelligence.
The ICF will offer a financial advisory service to exhibitors and visitors to finance purchase and sale operations that are agreed during the expo, and assist with any other credit needs they may have.
The Institute has a wide range of financial solutions to boost companies in the industrial sector, including ICF Industry 4.0, a line of credit for industrial companies and related services that promote investment with a positive impact on productive capacity, employment, increased activity in the value chain and the use of information and communication technologies. Research, development and innovation projects can be funded as well.
As part of the expo, the ICF will hold a presentation on Tuesday, 3 March, at 4pm, explaining the multiple credit solutions for the industry that the public financial institution offers the business network of Catalonia.
This year's edition is expected to bring together more than 17,000 professionals and companies. New to this year, the event will also host the meeting of industrial CIOs, the Industry 4.0 forum for the automotive industry and the first National Congress of Managers of Industrial Estates.
