This specialized and strategic financing operation has the EBN Banco as a Structuring Entity (through its C & IB) and Banco Agent, insured by Cesce with a Working Capital Credit Policy. The engineering firm will allocate these resources to support high added value projects for its TIER 1 multinational clients in the automotive sector that are developed at its plant in Sant Fruitós de Bages (Barcelona).
Airtificial Intelligence Robots and ICF have signed a specialized financing operation amounting to € 5M to support the development of 3 technology supply projects for the assembly of hybrid and electric vehicles in Portugal and Poland of important TIER 1 customers in the automotive sector.
The agreement, which was signed last week and complements the rest of the facility in force, will serve to boost the company's corporate growth, making it a sector reference. The agreement also encourages investment and exports of talent from Catalonia to the world and contributes to the ESG transition that the automotive and mobility sector is facing.
The headquarters and central plant of this business unit is located in Sant Fruitós de Bages (Barcelona) and has 260 highly trained people on staff who provide services to recognized multinational companies in Spain, Mexico, Poland, China and India.
