Check whether your building is in one of the social neighbourhoods managed by the AHC as this is a prerequisite for your application to be accepted for processing.

You can finance the renovation of buildings that have shortcomings based on the results of the Technical Building Inspection (IITE) report. Associations that undertake work to improve energy efficiency, sustainability, safety and accessibility will also be eligible for these loans.
