12-month EURIBOR plus a spread ranging from 0.9% to 2.4% depending on credit rating. You can ask for an equivalent fixed quote.
Special interest subsidies
Projects aimed at investments in hail-protection nets or irrigation system modernization benefit from interest rate subsidies:
–2 percentage points for hail-protection net or irrigation modernization projects.
–3 percentage points if the project is promoted by young people.
Arrangement fee of 0.25% of the loan’s nominal amount. In the case of a fixed rate, the associated breakage charges.
