These subsidized loans are available to municipalities and decentralized municipal entities that have been awarded grants to finance the modernization and refurbishment of public sports facilities within the Basic Network for the 2025–2029 period.
Up to €1,250,000 per transaction. The loan amount may not exceed 100% of the grant awarded by the CCE.
Up to 15 years, including up to 6 years of grace period.
The interest rate will be the maximum rate established under the Resolution of 4 July 2017 on financial prudence, or any regulation replacing it, for both fixed- and variable-rate loans.
An interest rate subsidy will apply during the first 6 years. After applying the subsidy, the resulting interest rate will never be lower than 0%.
No arrangement fee.
As deemed sufficient by ICF.
In all cases, the beneficiary must assign to ICF the right to receive payment of the CCE grant.
