Who can apply for this loan?

If you are an agricultural, agri-food, forestry or fishing and aquaculture enterprise or an energy community, or you are part of their value chain, you can call on ICF Acció Climàtica loans to finance investments with climate action components.

What investments can be financed with this loan?

ICF Acció Climàtica loans can be used to finance all investments with climate action components:

Aimed at mitigating climate change, including investment to enhance energy efficiency, cut greenhouse gas emissions, use renewable energy or take advantage of by-products and waste and effluent treatment and recovery.
Promoting varietal conversion to new species or varieties with lower water requirements which reduce water usage and are also more adaptable to climate change.
Investments in agricultural holdings aimed at preventing the impacts of extreme weather events and repairing the damage caused by these adverse climatic incidents.

Financial conditions

Generally from €100,000 to €5M€ per transaction.

Up to 15 years, including a grace period of up to 4 years.

12-month EURIBOR plus a spread ranging from 0.9% to 2.4% depending on credit rating. You can ask for an equivalent fixed quote.

The arrangement and early repayment fee, whether full or partial, is 0.25% of the loan principal. In the case of fixed-rate loans, any associated early repayment costs are also charged.

The early repayment fee is waived for amounts repaid that correspond to grant financing included in the project.
