Fixed rate equivalent to the 6-month Euribor plus a spread of 1.1%. A 2-percentage-point subsidy from the Catalan Housing Agency will be applied to this interest rate.
The quoted equivalent fixed rate for each transaction will be valid for three months.

In the case of organisations subject to the principle of financial prudence, the interest rate will be applied according to the regulations and will not be subsidised. You can retrieve the respective partnership agreement and its addendum.
