Who can apply for this loan?
If you are a Catalan SME with a turnover of up to €10 million and you are growing, take advantage of the loans guaranteed by Avalis de Catalunya to finance your investments and working capital needs.
• Organic growth: companies which have been trading for more than three years and are growing at cumulative rates of more than 40% of turnover (year n versus year n-2) or according to a business plan for the next three years.
• Inorganic growth: for the purchase of a company or purchase of assets made in the last 36 months.
Financial conditions
For working capital, up to 5 years, including the option of a grace period of up to 1 year.
For investment, up to 10 years, including the option of a grace period of up to 2 years.
12-month EURIBOR plus a 1.40% spread with monthly settlements.
No arrangement or assessment charge; for early repayment, 0.25% per entity.
Avalis de Catalunya guarantee for 100% of the principal plus 90 days of ordinary interest.
