ICF Avalis Verd loans can be used to finance any projects that contribute to sustainability and the transition to a greener economy.

Up to 10 years, including a grace period of up to 2 years.
12-month Euribor plus a spread of up to 1.40% depending on the risk profile of the company and the project.
No opening or study fee; for early repayment, 0.25% per entity.
For the Avalis guarantee, an annual risk commission of 0.55% for productive investments and business growth, and 1.40% for all other cases.
Avalis de Catalunya guarantee for 100% of the principal plus 90 days of ordinary interest.
