Hotel establishments (hotels, hostels and guest houses), tourist apartments, campsites and rural tourism establishments with operating headquarters in Catalonia and which have been trading for at least two years.
This loans can be used to finance all investment that improves and upgrades hotel and tourist establishments such as:
Up to 100% of the investment project with a minimum of €60,000 and a maximum of €4M per customer.
Up to 10 years, including the option of a 2-year grace period.
EURIBOR 12 months with a spread from -0.5% to 1% (including the interest rate bonus).
Approved transactions will have a 2 percentage point interest rate bonus from the General Directorate of Tourism.
Arrangement fee of at most 0.50% of the loan amount; and in early repayment, at most 0.25% of the amount repaid.
