If you are a natural or legal person in the retail trade sector or equivalent services and are carrying out growth actions, you can apply for the ICF Lidera Comerç loan. The following are considered equivalent services:
Auto repair workshops
Photography services
Copy shops and graphic arts
Repair services
Dry cleaning and laundries
Hairdressing and beauty salons
Bars, cafés, and restaurants
Prepared food and catering services
Retail travel agencies
Applicants must prove that the activity for which they are requesting financing has been active for at least 4 years and that they have at least one physical point of sale or service provision at street level in Catalonia. If they do not currently have one, the purpose of the loan must be to establish it.
These loans allow you to finance investments and working capital needs (up to a maximum of 25% of the total amount for working capital).
Between €25,000 and €150,000 per operation.
Up to 7 years, including a 1-year grace period.
Fixed rate of 0.95%. This rate already includes the 3-percentage-point subsidy provided by the Department of Business and Labour.Tipo fijo del 0,95%.
Early repayment fee of up to 0.25% of the amount repaid.
