Who can apply for this loan?
Municipalities in Catalonia may apply for the ICF Urbanitzacions (Urban Development) facility if they meet the following requirements:
- they have identified urban developments with deficiencies to which the twenty-fifth additional provision of the TRLU applies;
- they have outstanding, verifiable urban development costs linked to planning obligations;
- and they wish to advance these costs on behalf of the landowners required to cover them through urban development levies, with the aim of facilitating the completion of the urban development works.
Financial conditions
Up to 30 years.
Prices according to financial prudence quotations with annual settlement of interest.
In the case of advances on grants, the grant awarded is pledged as the means of payment.
